Completely renovated in 2016 in a historic building. A huge forty-four sq m landscaped terrace provides a beautiful extension to the apartment with a seating area and outdoor dining for six people. Terrace has direct access to the building's private, historically-protected gardens. Separate bath tub and shower in large bathroom, and separate washer and dryer units in utility closet. Rent includes all standard bills (building common charges, electricity, water, internet). Private underground parking available for additional 100 Euros/month. Min. stay 3 months, max 3 1/2 (departure by 14 September 2026)
