Built in 2020, this apartment combines urban flair with living close to nature: behind it, the vibrant city with excellent public transportation connections; in front, the quiet park with a swimming lake—step out onto the terrace in your bathrobe and be in the water in 60 seconds.
The bright, spacious apartment is in a particularly quiet location—no windows facing the street. The tram stop right outside takes you directly (without transferring) to the city center: Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Hackescher Markt, Friedrichstraße. You can reach Prenzlauer Berg by bike in 10 minutes, and the horse paddocks outside the city are also within easy reach.
The highlight: the large terrace with a lake view—your ideal spot for leisure and relaxation. The apartment features two bathrooms as well as a spacious utility/laundry room. Cleaning is included (every 4 weeks).

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Please be advised that this property is professionally managed. Rent payments are to be issued directly to the landlord; however, all secondary charges—including utilities and the security deposit—must be paid to the company.
