Das Haus stammt vom 1900 und wurde aufwändig renoviert. Es liegt sehr ruhig ist in einem malerischen, 100-Seelen-Dorf gelegen, ca. 30 km von Potsdam entfernt. Der ca. 1300 qm große Garten gehört zu der Immobilie dazu. Der Innenhof ist von außen nicht einsehbar.
Das Haus hat ein offenes Konzept - der große Wohnraum mit zwei Holzkaminen unterteilt sich in einen Ess- und TV-/Chill-Bereich.
Die Küche mit einer großen Insel verfügt über alle nötigen Geräte: Backofen, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Espressokocher und French Press.
Das Büro im Erdgeschoss hat eine Schiebetür und einen wunderschönen Blick in den Garten. Das Badezimmer im EG verfügt über eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken, das Badezimmer im 1. OG hat eine Badewanne. Gleich daneben gibt es einen recht großen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und viel Platz für Kleidung (Einbauregale, Kommode, Schrank).
Die Dachfenster sind mit Elektrojalousien ausgestattet. Überall im Haus ist eine Bodenheizung vorhanden (regulierbar pro Raum).
