This apartment was recently renovated two years ago -- it comes with a beautiful new kitchen, included is a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. The lighting in the apartment is very beautiful because the streets and inner courtyard are filled with big leafy trees, so there's a very cozy and relaxing vibe in the apartment. Besides the two sleeping rooms, there is a very beautifully set up office room facing the inner courtyard, which is perfect for concentrated work. There's also a enclosed balcony for having breakfast and coffee in the morning which is really lovely. The neighborhood is very peaceful and calm, but everything you need is located within walking distance, for example, the grocery stores around the corner, approximately two minutes, and then you are about a eight-minute walk to Schloßstraße which is a very well-known shopping street where everything is available. This unit is also located on the above ground train line and subway train line which runs directly through the city center, the which is perfect for people who want to work or explore the city center but come home to a quiet home base. This is my main home and I am traveling a lot for work the next few months and want to sublet it to somebody who is responsible and calm.
