We are subletting our bright, 93 m2 Altbau apartment in Berlin-Moabit from 01 December 2026 until 28 February 2027.
The apartment is spacious, cozy, and filled with natural light. It is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped so you can move in effortlessly.
Layout & Highlights:
- Living Room: Large, comfortable, and inviting.
- Bedroom: Spacious room with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and double doors opening into the living room.
- Home Office / Second Bedroom: Equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a dedicated remote work setup (height-adjustable standing desk & ergonomic office chair).
- Kitchen: Fully equipped and recently renovated.
- Bathroom: Bright, renovated bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating. (Note: Due to previous water damage from above, part of the ceiling is currently open. The bathroom is 100% functional, and final repairs are scheduled).
- Balcony: Cozy lounge corner getting plenty of midday sun.
We are looking for responsible, clean tenants (singles, couples, or a small family) who will treat our home with care. Looking forward to hearing from you!
