As soon as you enter, the high-quality decor and carefully chosen artwork make you feel cozy and chic all at the same time. On the 5th floor, the 61 m² property is flooded with natural light and has a balcony that provides great city views. There is a semi-open layout, which allows for separate sitting, dining, and kitchen areas.

Schöneberg is a diverse and unique neighborhood, popular among families and the youth. There are plenty of small plazas where you see people gather, but there is also a great nightlife scene. On Gustav-Müller-Straße, you are in a more tranquil zone with loads of parks with great jogging areas.
