This bright 47 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the charming Charlottenburg district. The apartment has wood flooring throughout and big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The main room is furnished as a living room with a sofa bed and an additional double bed in the attached sunroom. There is also a desk, wardrobes, and shelving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small dining table, and there is also a walk-in closet in the corridor.

On Otto-Suhr-Alle, you are very well-connected to the rest of the city with several U-bahn stations nearby. There are also museums, the Deutsche Oper, and a public pool nearby. Students or professionals are also a 15-minutes walk away to the Technische Universität Berlin campus.
