In only few minutes the tram in front of the house takes you to the Alex and Mitte, in less than a hour to BER. The Appartement is directly located in the beautiful Komponistenviertel with shops, cafes and restaurants close while at the same time it has lots of green spaces. The beautiful lake Weissensee is right across the street with this beach-bar and Strandbad. An oasis in the hot Berlin summers. The apartment is fully furnished with a stunning mix of modern classics and contemporary design.

This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Weissensee is a bright and modern home. The 100 m² has a unique layout with several rooms connecting to each other. Each room is fully furnished with simple buy stylish decor and receives plenty of natural light. There is an open kitchen that is fully equipped and has integrated appliances. The living room is also a spacious and cozy room with a big L-shaped couch.

Weissensee is a quiet and peaceful residential area that is well-connected by tram. On Berliner Alle, you are on a main avenue just minutes away from barber shops, flower shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you enjoy spending time in nature you also have the lovely Weißen See park with a large lake.
