The Appartement is directly located in the beautiful Komponistenviertel with shops, cafes and restaurants close while at the same time it has lots of green spaces. The beautiful lake Weissensee is right across the street with this beach-bar and Strandbad. An oasis in the hot Berlin summers.

Each room is fully furnished with simple buy stylish decor and receives plenty of natural light. There is an open kitchen that is fully equipped and has integrated appliances. The living room is also a spacious and cozy room with a big L-shaped couch.
Weissensee is a quiet and peaceful residential area that is well-connected by tram. On Berliner Alle, you are on a main avenue just minutes away from barber shops, flower shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you enjoy spending time in nature you also have the lovely Weißen See park with a large lake.

- The apartment is modern and stylish and even has a courtyard.
- There is a desk in the living room.
- There is a small extra bedroom connected to the bathroom. Perfectly for guests.
- You are well-connected to the city center by tram.
