The spacious living room has a comfy couch, a TV, a dining table with room for 4 people to share a meal as well as an additional double bed, meaning that this property can be used as a 2-bedroom apartment.

The property is in an incredible location within Berlin's high-end Charlottenburg area. The area has lots to see and do, make sure to check out the Common Nose Bear at Zoologischer Garten, they are really cool! There is a Lidl down the road and a well-served railway station just 2 minutes away, making this apartment an incredible hub for exploring Berlin.
