This newly built apartment with 1-bedroom is for rent on Eigerstraße, in Pankow. The property is fully furnished and nice and bright, with a sunny living area, and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a 1 nicely tiled bathroom, and a lovely balcony. Heating is installed throughout.
The apartment is located in Pankow, the second-largest neighborhood in Berlin. There are plenty of pleasant shops and cafes, and several parks nearby. The area is well connected by public transport, which makes it easy to reach the center of the city.
What we liked the most
- Pankow is well connected to the rest of the city and it's where you'll find Kollwitzplatz, one of Berlin's most beautiful squares.
- The living area is full of natural light.
- The apartment is recently built and has a modern decor throughout.
- The charming balcony looks onto a peaceful residential street, perfect for relaxing on after a long day.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment, but you'll find the dryer in the common area.
