This apartment with 1-bedroom on Prenzlauer Allee, in Prenzlauer Berg is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The bright property has a beautiful, generous sized bedroom with a double bed and a small seating area. There is 1 nicely tiled bathroom with a bathtub, and heating is installed.
Prenzlauer Berg is a quaint residential area that is popular with young professionals and well-to-do families. It has multiple restored pre-war buildings near Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz, and there are plenty of coffee shops for you to explore. Public transportation is also handy to help you zip around town.

- The apartment has lovely polished wooden floors.
- The apartment has a stylish decor and plenty of charm.
- Prenzlauer Berg has a glorious flea market every weekend. It is the perfect place to find a one of a kind gift or keepsake!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
- The landlord rents the apartment when he is away on business. He will never be in the apartment when it is rented, and his bedroom door will be locked.
