What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has a living room with two comfortable sofas, a dining table that can be pulled out to offer space for up to six persons and a modern open plan kitchen with dish washer, stove and oven. There are two bedrooms – one with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed – and a bathroom with a tub and a washing machine. In addition to that, here are two balconies.
Located in the heart of the up and coming district of Friedrichshain. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops right around the corner in Boxhagener Platz. The closest supermarket is across Frankfurter Allee, directly on the other side. Under an arcade called Rathaus passage there’s a small Edeka. The Japanese restaurant called Onsen, at the corner of Simon-Dach-Strasse and Boxhagener Strasse and nearby Lemongrass Thai restaurant are worth a visit. Around the corner there’s a wonderful place named Honigmond to have breakfast, lunch etc. Simon-Dach-Strasse is a real mecca of restaurants and bars.
