The apartment is in the popular Neukölln area steps away from Weserstrasse, parks along the canal and convenient public transport (Hermannplatz and Rathaus Neukölln). The area is one of the most vibrant and exciting in Berlin with new bars, cafes and galleries practically on every corner. ONLY for a single person, or a couple sleeping in a single bed. NO ROOMMATE SITUATIONS.
To avoid paying the very high fees on this site, please send me how long you would like to stay and we can make a contract for a rent of fourteen hundred a month that does not include the fees here.

Additionally, there is 1 sunny double bedroom and a tidy tiled bathroom.
This apartment is located in Neukölln, a bohemian neighborhood that's very popular with students and intellectuals. Here, you can blend in with the artsy crowd by having a drink at a hip bar or buying some clothes at a chic boutique. No matter what you do, you'll always be in the middle of the action.
