Beautiful sunny top floor apartment in one of the best locations in Berlin close to public transport, Alexander Platz, Mitte and in the center of the charming Prenzl'berg leben. The apartment have two large rooms both with access to sunny balconies. There is a double bed (160x200) and a crib in the bed room and a very good sleeping sofa (160x200) in the living room.

This spacious and bright 73 m² apartment with 1 bedroom is a beautiful oasis above the hustle and bustle of downtown Berlin. You enter into a trendy living room filled with colourful books, plenty of seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows. At the back of the apartment is a large balcony with room for a small seating area — perfect for your morning coffee! The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom has a double bed, and there is a private washing machine in the bathroom. In this space, you will truly have everything you need to live comfortably.

Even better, you're only a stone's throw away from any and all amenities you could need. On your block is a computer repair store, a Chinese restaurant, a supermarket, and a car rental agency. A 3-minute walk away is a beautiful park with multiple routes for quiet strolls. If you walk a little bit further outside of your neighbourhood, you'll find an ice cream shop, more restaurants, and a movie theatre.

What we liked the most

  • The decor is amazing. It's bright, airy, and fun with lots of colours. It has a lovely, warm vibe.
  • The neighbourhood is beautiful, tucked away from the busy city life of Berlin, but still only steps away from everything you could need.
  • All the bills are included — even WiFi!
  • There is a stunning balcony with views of the tree-lined street below.
