This is a beautiful 3rd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Liliencronstraße, Berlin. It's modern, it's sunny, and it's very practical. It checks all the requirements for a happy home.
The location is lovely— you'll be a short walk from Steglitz State Park, as well as an S-Bahn station. Commute sorted.
What we liked the most
- Relaxing in the enormous living room— you'll have lots of space here.
- Admiring the colorful, geometric artwork above the couch— so modern.
- Enjoying your luxurious bathroom— the LED lights on the mirror are so cool.
- The nearby S-Bahn will take you directly to Potsdamer Platz and the center of Berlin.
- Free Netflix! And that wonderful sofa looks perfect to chill.
- New dishwasher just added to this great flat

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator, because it is a historical building.
- To book this property with zero deposit, you will have to successfully pass the vetting process via open banking or uploading the required documentation.
