Of course. There's nothing better than sharing drinks with friends on a terrace. Except if that terrace is accessible right from your own home.

You can practically melt into the couch with a book or watching TV. The wardrobe in the bedroom is big enough for all your things.
We think you'll be perfectly at ease here. You'll be far enough from tourist attractions to get some peace and quiet. But still just a few minutes' walk from public transport.
Your top 3 reasons to live here:
- You can soak up sunshine and conversation on the terrace.
- The kitchen is perfect for amateur chefs.
- You can enjoy a relaxing dip in the bathtub.
But you need to know this...
- The bedroom window overlooks the stairs to the roof. At least it gets a lot of light.

This is a lovely 2nd floor, apartment with 1 bedroom Dresdener Str. in Berlin. You can leave behind city noise and stress of your job at the door.
We think it's a great apartment for entertaining. The modern kitchen is spacious enough for you to make plenty of food for everyone. It's also a fantastic place to spend those lazy Sundays.
What we liked the most
- Taking in the warmth of the sun on the terrace.
- Whipping up something tasty in the kitchen.
- Melting away stress in the bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- Seeing the stairs to the terrace out the bedroom window. But there's another window on another wall.
