The charming corner

Because you're looking for a cheery home

Will I like it here?

Are you looking for a lovely little place to call home in Berlin?

Look no further. This charmer is for you.

Really? Tell me more...

You'll feel right at home in this adorable place. With lots of natural light, a stylish living room, and a cute little balcony to enjoy, there's lots to love about this apartment.

We think this is an ideal home for a happy-go-lucky professional or couple looking for a practical but cheerful home in Berlin.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Hang out in the bright living room— it's so cozy.
  • Get outside in the spring and create your own garden on the balcony— it's got potential.
  • With a U-Bahn and S-Bahn station a short walk or tram ride from home, your commute will be easy here.

But you need to know this...

  • The bedroom is very pink— but you won't notice it while you're sleeping anyway, right?

Our Homechecker, Katya, said:

“I love this property. It's in a great neighborhood.”

Give it to me straight...

This is a ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Stahlheimer Str, Berlin. It's no luxury apartment, sure. But with a sunny living room, a fantastic little balcony, and beautiful wood floors, this place is pretty and practical.

The location is great— you'll be living in lovely Prenzlauer Berg, with plenty of nice restaurants and even a park nearby to enjoy. Great.
