You have a nice, bright living room. Get some work done from home at the desk. There is even a chest of drawers for extra storage.
We think this is great for a pair of couples. You each get your own bathroom. Share a dinner all together at the dining room table. Avoid arguments about cleaning up: there is a dishwasher and washer.

This is a ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms on Fraenkelufer street, Berlin. The river is right in front of the building. The nearest U-Bahn station is only 7 minutes away.
It is perfect for two couples who want a home share. You can each have your own bathroom. Get cleaning done fast with the dishwasher and washing machine.
What we liked the most
- Living near the waterfront – the river is just outside the door.
- Getting in and out of the bathroom fast in the morning.
- Setting the washing machine while you do other chores.
