You will love the decor. It's nice and cozy, with rugs on the wooden floors a fire place in the living room and all those books in the study. Space with cozy style. Talk about unique.
We think it’s ideal for a family who needs space. Get everyone together and head out for a picnic at the nearby Botanical Garden, or try dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

This is a spacious ground floor apartment, with 3 bedrooms on Patschkauer Weg, Berlin. It's one of a kind, with space for all the family from the cozy study and living room to the garden.
We think this apartment is ideal for a family. You're close to the Botanical Gardens, restaurants and even the Freie Universität Berlin. Smokers, you can do your thing in the garden.
What we liked the most
- Grabbing a drink, sitting down and relaxing in the garden – perfection.
- Cooking up a storm and serving up your meal around the dinner table – start a new tradition.
- Walking to work or lectures at Freie Universität Berlin – it won't take long.
Things to keep in mind
- It's going to take around 40-minutes to get to into the centre of Berlin, so pick a good podcast.
