Es handelt sich um einen Neubau ende der neunziger Jahre. Die Fassade wurde zwischenzeitig Strassenseitig renoviert. Das Haus befindet sich in einem guten, modernen Zustand, mit ebenerdigem, geräumigem Fahrstuhl, einem Hinterhof mit Sandspielkasten und gepflegtem Rasen sowie Fahrradständern. Trotz der zentralen Lage und sehr guten verkehrstechnischen Anbindung ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Von der gemeinschaftlichen Dachterasse hat man einen Rundumblick auf Berlin und sieht in der Nähe den Fernsehturm am Alexanderplatz, aber auch den Potsdamer Platz. In der Nähe gibt es eine reichliche kulinarische Auswahl vieler Nationalitäten, sowie mehreren Supermärkten, Apotheke, Biomarkt uvm. Sehr bekannte locations sind unter anderem das SO Sechsundreissig und der KitKat Club, die ca min zu Fuss entfernt sind.
