A very stylish, modern apartment in a super central location and within walking distance from some of Berlin's most iconic spots. Besides being quite spacious, the property has access to a balcony and a rooftop terrace with amazing views. You'll find it in Mitte, a 17-minute walk away from the emblematic Alexanderplatz and the River Spree, and just a short stroll away from Volkspark am Weinberg.
Important: There is a common laundry area that you'll be sharing with the rest of the apartments in the building.
