Bright apartment on the 4t floor (elevator), wooden floor parquet, bay to ceiling windows which allow lots of sunlight, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in rain shower. From there step out onto the large terrace which goes along the entire apartment.
The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast/dinner table next to one of the door windows - which is facing the terrace.
A separate toilet for guests is near the entrance. Washing machine and a dryer is placed in the master bathroom.
The apartment is located very conveniently between the subway stations Jannowitzbruecke and Heinrich-Heine-Strasse. Alexanderplatz is only one station away. Also East Side Gallery, Friedrichstr., Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Reichstag are easily reachable by public transport….
Several busses, S-bahn and U-bahn are within 100m from the apartment and offer great public transportation and connections around the clock.
