Vier Zimmer, +große Wohnküche+ Lagerraum+großes Bad oben udn kleines Bad unten.Teilmöbliert mit sehr viel Stauraum Viele große Einbauschränke.. Angenehme sehr private Hausatmosphäre. Unschlagbar zentral, zwei Min zu Fuß von S und U Bahnhof Rathaus Steglitz und vielen Buslinien. Mit dichter Infrastruktur, netten Kneipen, Geschäften e a und trotzdem mit ganz viel Parks und Grün in der Nähe. Nebenkosten gelten nicht nur für Heizung und Strom. Strom wird nach Verbrauch gerechnet.
