With the underground U-Bahn station Bülowstraße or Nollendorplatz just a five minute walk away, residents are guaranteed easy access to travel within Berlin and can immerse themselves in the famous Schöneberg district, with its lovingly restored buildings around the Winterfeldtplatz and a stroll through the weekly farmer’s market held there. If you would like to go to Potsdamer Platz or to Kurfürstendamm for shopping, dining or sightseeing, it is a 15-20 minute walk or you can use public transport to get there in 5 minutes. All shops you need are in walking distance on Potsdamer Straße or Winterfeldtplatz. The famous KADEWE department store is located on the Kurfürstendamm.
