Willkommen in eurem neuen Zuhause! Dieses helle und großzügige 3-Zimmer-Apartment liegt nur wenige Schritte vom wunderschönen Weißensee entfernt und nur wenige Minuten vom beliebten Prenzlauer Berg. Dank der Tram- und Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür seid ihr schnell am Alexanderplatz oder überall dort, wo Berlin spannend wird.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und sofort bezugsfertig – ihr braucht eigentlich nur eure Koffer mitzubringen.
Das Apartment bietet drei großzügige Zimmer und ist ideal für Paare, Familien oder eine kleine WG. Im Schlafzimmer erwartet euch ein bequemes Doppelbett. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch für zwei zeitweilige Gäste und lädt mit einem großen Esstisch, Smart-TV und viel Stauraum zum Entspannen ein. Im dritten Zimmer stehen zwei ausziehbare Einzelbetten, sodass ihr den Raum flexibel als Schlaf-, Gäste- oder Kinderzimmer nutzen könnt.
Die separate Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet – egal ob ihr nur morgens einen Kaffee machen oder ein komplettes Abendessen kochen möchtet: Hier findet ihr alles, was ihr dafür braucht.
Durch die großen Fenster ist die Wohnung angenehm hell und freundlich. Ein besonderes Plus sind die zwei separaten Eingänge, die den Alltag noch ein Stück komfortabler machen.
Das moderne Badezimmer bietet eine geräumige Dusche, einen Handtuchheizkörper und selbstverständlich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Schnelles WLAN ist natürlich ebenfalls vorhanden.
