The modern classic Charlottenburg old building apartment is located near the well-known Wilmersdorfer shopping street.
The apartment, which is centrally yet very quietly located in the garden house, has been newly renovated for the most part and is cozy and modern at the same time.
You enter the apartment through a small hallway. On the left is a very cozy eat-in kitchen with a rustic appearance due to the stone look, where you can eat and relax. There is a dining table, fridge, separate freezer, stove, full-function oven, microwave and basic electronics. The bathroom also impresses with its casual stone look.
Living room and bedroom have this really beautiful old building charm with high ceilings and paneled doors - both are spacious in the bedroom there is a 1.60 m bed in the living room there is a pull-out couch there is a lot of space to make yourself comfortable in peace and quiet .
