Furnished apartment with 1 bedroom for rent on Wilhelminenhofstraße. The Apartment Duo Komfort offers the comfort and the privacy of your own home as well as the service of a hotel: It is modern and newly furnished and includes everything that is necessary for your move to Berlin: WiFi, a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, stove, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishes and kitchen utensils, a living room with sofabed and TV, a bedroom with cosy bed, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the ground floor, facing the backyard garden.
In the building, there are many extras: a gym, bicycles that can be rented free of charge and a concierge service that will help you with your requests and concerns. A regular cleaning service is further included in the rent, which will leave you more time to enjoy the beautiful things in Berlin. Also, there is a garage where you can safely park your car, and a rooftop where you can enjoy your beer with the prettiest view of River Spree. WiFi is available in the whole building, i.e. in your apartment, the gym and the house’s café. It is called Kranbar and here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and lunch.
