Furnished apartment with 1 bedroom for rent on Marienstraße. The apartment is located on the top floor of a refined building. The large, recently renovated apartment has a clean style and features light wood floors. The kitchen opens directly onto the dining room in an environment that mixes classic elements with more modern touches; it is equipped with all appliances and there is also a large table. Adjacent to this is the living room, which has been recreated as a perfect conversation area with multiple seats. Access to the double bedroom is possible both from the hallway and from the living room. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is airy, well lit by a window at the bottom and has both a bath and shower.
The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Friedrichstraße shopping street and the romantic Spree, a long waterway through Berlin. It is an area that has a lot to offer: Gendarmenmarkt, Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden boulevard and Museum Island are all within easy walking distance.
