Furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms for rent on Spandauer Damm. The well-ordered building is in the immediate vicinity of Charlottenbur Palace. The apartment is on the fourth floor. This spacious apartment consists of three bedrooms: two with double bed and the last single bedroom. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for every need and also has a small table. Definitely large is the space reserved for the living room, where three seats make the conversation area comfortable. The arrangement of the sofas ideally divides the space, leaving room for a table in combination with the shelves. The bathroom is bright and spacious, equipped with two sinks, shower and bath. From the balcony you can enjoy a pleasant view.
The apartment is in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Charlottenburg Palace, right in the center of the district of the same name. Elegant and affluent, the adjacent area is sparkling and charming. Transport links are excellent, with the Ring station, the underground line that runs through the city centre, within easy walking distance. The beautiful park of the Charlottenburg Residenz is within easy walking distance and definitely worth a visit, access to the garden is free.
