What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This studio apartment (with separate kitchen), located on the second floor, has its own balcony, overlooking a quiet and sunny garden. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony (only). Internet connection is included with Vodafone at a speed of one GB. This is the perfect place for the start of a new life in Berlin!

This one-bedroom apartment is to rent on Ansbacher Str., Berlin. The property is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, and includes a nice balcony.

Centrally located in Schöneberg, near KaDeWe dept store. The property is between Wittenberplatz and Viktoria Luiz Platz, in a very quiet, upscale, residential neighborhood. One metro stop from Zoologischer Garten station and easy to reach Warschauer Straße directly by U-Bahn.

NB: The photos and video show the studio before renovation.

The Tiergarten is 10 minutes walk away.

Lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shopping venues are close by.

Please note that your booking requests have to be sent for a check-in on the 20th of February 2023 and check-out the last day of a month with a six month minimum period.

According to the landlord, the property will be entirely renovated in February 2023. You will be the first tenant to move in. Check-in must be on February 20, 2023.
