Things to keep in mind

  • The monthly price is just for one person. Couple's fee is €50/month.
  • The tenant has to lend the flat in perfect conditions and clean. Otherwise, the landlord will chargeup to €300 in that concept.
  • GEZ (TV and radio tax in Germany) is not included, must be paid by the tenant.
  • Monthly rent and deposit payment can only be done over bank transfer.
