What we liked the most
- The property is fully furnished. That includes all housing accessories such as bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils.
- It is really close to transport: easily connected by bus, tram, suburban railway
Things to keep in mind
- The monthly price is just for one person. Couple's fee is €50/month.
- The tenant has to lend the flat in perfect conditions and clean. Otherwise, the landlord will chargeup to €300 in that concept.
- GEZ (TV and radio tax in Germany) is not included, must be paid by the tenant.
- Monthly rent and deposit payment can only be done over bank transfer.
