Things to keep in mind
Information regarding the contract and deposit: In order to schedule a check-in time and to hand you the key to your new home, the landlord would need to receive the deposit (2 months' rent) in their bank account. Careful: proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into consideration when you book.
After the booking on the platform, you will have 2 days to register in their system (with your official documents and contact details) and to sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, they will expect the deposit to be in their bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so they suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. In case you don't transfer the deposit on time, they'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.
