The house from the "Gründerzeit" (1871—73) offers high ceilings and bright rooms. These are a real asset and create a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
Internet connection is via cable with 1GBit speed. A Smart TV is installed in the living room and one bedroom.
The large bathroom has an elegant bathtub with its own rain shower and another walk-in deer shower at ground level. A guest toilet is also available.
