This large stylish apartment is located in the Wins district in Prenzlauer Berg on the first floor of the front building.
The house from the "Gründerzeit" (1871—73) offers high ceilings and bright rooms. These are a real asset and create a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
Internet connection is via cable with 1GBit speed. A Smart TV is installed in the living room and one bedroom.
The large bathroom has an elegant bathtub with its own rain shower and another walk-in deer shower at ground level. A guest toilet is also available.
The heaters can be controlled by the tenant via smart thermostats or via an app, thus increasing comfort and reducing costs.

Dies sind ein echter Vorteil und schafft eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche hat ein Gaskochfeld, Ofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank sowie Mikrowelle zu bieten.
