Spotahome's opinion
For rent here is a beautiful, 1 bedroom attic apartment in the popular Berlin district "Lichtenberg". The apartment is divided into a large living - and dining area with adjoining balcony, a bedroom with double bed, and the spacious bathroom with shower tub. The apartment was equipped with very high quality furniture and utensils, so that nothing more needs to be brought along than your own suitcase. In the living room you will find, among other things, the TV "The Frame" from Samsung, which, if necessary, apparently can be converted into a painting. Also in the kitchen you will find utensils such as a coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, glasses, etc. In the immediate vicinity, all stores are within walking distance, as well as the S-Bahn station "Nöldnerplatz", from which you can reach all places in Berlin in no time.

The location of the apartment could hardly be better. You can reach all stores and stores of daily needs from here. A REWE and several small "Spätkäufe" are within walking distance. The S - and U-Bahn stations "Lichtenberg" and "Rummelsburg" can also be reached after a short time. From here you can reach any place in Berlin in no time.
