Die Wohnung hat selbstverständlich einen separaten Eingang und ist im Sommer herrlich kühl. Der direkt angrenzende Wald lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Der Bus hält fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine Badewanne. Direkt vor der Eingangstür befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse.
