The apartment (55m²)is on the 3rd floor in the rear building of a classic, very well-kept Berlin building. It is therefore in the best central location in town, but at the same time quiet with a view of the well-kept inner courtyard with a beautiful tall tree.
House, entrance, and staircase have been renovated in the last year. The apartment itself has just been completely renovated in 2022 and is equipped to the highest quality. The layout of the apartment is impressive: the hallway with the cloakroom leads to the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom is reminiscent of a boutique hotel, the fully equipped kitchen offers a seat with a view of the inner courtyard for morning coffee, the bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 m bed and blackout curtains and, with the built-in closet, has plenty of storage space.
The hallway leads into the spacious living-dining area with a dining table for 4 people and a sofa bed for guests with a TV.
