Good news!
In your month of arrival, you will only be charged for the days you actually stay. But please keep in mind: Contracts can only end on the last day end of a month, kindly request accordingly.

- Landlord recommendation letter (Important: you need to have experience of sharing living space)

- Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
- Minimum age: 19 years -

The property is centrally located and close to the nearby subway station and brand new tram station. The micro location offers plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The massive Schultheiss Quartier Mall is 200m. The building is located in a very quiet side street, yet few paces away from the busy high street.
