What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is located in an exclusive waterfront location on the Rummelsburg Bay and is therefore in one of the currently most diverse and liveliest parts of Berlin. There is a large selection of cafés, bars and restaurants of all culinary styles: bakeries, hairdressers and many small shops are in the vicinity. This location offers a typical big city life with all the advantages - and the highlight is the incredibly quiet, green location right on the water. In this location you can enjoy the optimal infrastructure and the idyll of the quiet location. There is also a good connection to the public transport network. The tram stop for line 21 is right outside the front door. The S-Bahn stations Rummelsburg, Ostkreuz, Nöldnerplatz and Treptower Park are also within easy walking distance. From Ostkreuz you can take the S5, S7 or S75 through the whole city without changing - via Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse and the main train station to Zoologischer Garten station and thus directly to Ku'damm.
