Walk comfortably along the Spree and after about 15 minutes you will reach the first TU building on Marchstraße. With a bike or e-scooter you are of course much faster. With the BVG from the U Bhf Richard Wagner Platz (U7) it is about 8 minutes by bus. You have about 3 minutes walk to Richard Wagner Platz (U7). The apartment is fully furnished, has a separate kitchen with a built-in kitchenette, hallway with built-in cupboard and a bathroom with tub. A desk and work area and an Android Smart TV (LG), and privat washing machine. The apartment has a balcony. There is a parking space for bicycles on the property For double occupancy surcharge of 100€. The tenant registers electricity with the electricity supplier himself and settles with them directly. This object is heated electrically with night storage heating and in the bathroom with a fan, the water is heated electrically with a flow heater. Therefore, the power consumption is variable depending on the tenant and can be between approx. 80 and approx. 200 EUR and more per month, depending on the season and consumption behavior.
