We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing a complete renovation. In our commitment to transparent communication, we want to confirm that there may be some disruptions during this time. However, we are excited to share that various eco-friendly measures are being implemented as part of this renovation to enhance the building's energy efficiency and sustainability. Please note that, in light of these updates, your rent has been reduced accordingly! Please also be aware that you cannot use garden or balcony during construction period.
Things to keep in mind
If your contract does not start on the 1st of the month, you need to pay the remaining days of your first month (from your move-in date until the end of the month) within 3 days after moving in. The first 30-days payment will be credited to your next month’s rent, so you will not pay more than the total rent stated in your contract. Example: If your contract starts on October 11, you will pay for 21 days of October + the full month of November (part of which is already covered by Spotahome’s 30-day down payment).
