What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of them has a bath inside and another one with a shower cabin and washing machine. Each placed in each part of the apartment, so you can choose which one to use. A spacious kitchen area has a big dining table with chairs, multiple dish shelves, two big windows that are perfect for the view and fresh air, a good cooking space with a coffee machine, grill, kettles, a stove, an oven, dishwasher, and multiple storage lockers. In general, it's such a cozy and comfortable apartment that even has a sauna inside, giving you a feeling of a real home, not just a WG. In the second part of the apartment, you can at any time enjoy the sauna with space for up to 4 people, also easily controlled with just two buttons. This former office rooms can be easily used as a personal rooms with coaches that can be converted to a bed, multiple clothes hangars, chairs, and closets. Each room has its own key and heating panel, and windows with a nice view of trees in the backyard and some other buildings is right next to the bed, so you can enjoy the sunrise and golden hour right in your room. There is also enough space to customize your room and furnish it the way you want.
