This is a spacious room in a shared 7-bedroom apartment located in Berlin, fully equipped and furnished for your comfort. Included in the rental are all utility bills. The apartment offers an oven in the shared kitchen but does not have amenities such as a television or a dryer. Internet access is included.
The property is situated in a convenient area of Berlin, close to key points of interest. The C + M Lebensmittel- Und Verpackungsgroßhandel market is almost at your doorstep. Terasse Am Schäfersee and Franz-Neumann-Platz tourist attractions are easily accessible as well. Additionally, various dining options, including Tommys Warsteiner and Maya & Callas, are within walking distance.

Beds are to rent in shared occupancy rooms in a 4-bedroom apartment near Schäfersee (Sea) in Reinickendorf close to Wedding. Rooms have all beds, bedlinen, wardrobe, table, chair etc. for each tenant.
The apartment has white walls and wooden floors that help it to feel clean and spacious. It is FULLY equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine, and would make a convenient and comfortable home for anyone relocating to Mitte. Residenzstraße is a diverse and eclectic area, a hub of art and culture with a vibrant nightlife but also lots of parks and even the Schäfersee ideal for hot summer days. The beautiful 19th-century architecture alongside the buzzing Café scene makes this a charming and welcoming place to live.
