What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Ein helles Zimmer mit einem eigenen Badezimmer in einer liebevoll gestalteten Neubauwohnung für ein bis drei Personen in Berlin-Pankow mit einer Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode oder Couch und einen Stuhl. Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, sehr gutes Internet ist vorhanden.
Durch die Superlage der Wohnung können sie mit der S-Bahn Berlin Mitte in einer kurzen Fahrzeit von zehn Minuten besichtigen. Zum Entspannen laden eine Querstraße weiter viele kleine Cafés ein oder in dem angrenzenden idyllischen Park mit See chillen.

Rooms are available to rent in this gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment with a garden. The apartment is beautifully presented and benefits from natural light flooding through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-plan kitchen and living room is spacious and a fantastic place to hang out.
There are two comfortable sofas and a big dining table perfect for entertaining. Pop out to the terrace with a beer or simply to enjoy the evening sun. You'll feel at home here in no time!
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Pankow. You'll have everything you need right on your doorstep with shops, cafes and restaurants all within a 2-minute walk. Try out the cakes on offer at the fantastic Bakery Pawlik just around the corner, or go for a taste of Mexico on your own street. With fantastic links to public transport and a park at the end of your road you'll love living here.
What we liked the most
- The apartment features bright and spacious living areas and bedrooms, with wide doorways that make it wheelchair accessible!
- Each room has its own en-suite bathroom so you'll never need to queue.
- The apartment is located next to a lovely park. Grab a cake from the local bakery and have a wander.
- 1 big fridge (+ freezer) in the kitchen + 3 small sized fridges- one for every room

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
