You will be the first to move into our newly constructed apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

Room description
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you’ll find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a wardrobe with plenty of storage for all your essentials. Your private bedroom also features a table with a lamp and chair, so you can comfortably work or study from home. You wont need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive with just your luggage at hand!

Regardless of the date entered in your initial booking, you must formally notify the landlord of your check-out date to avoid being charged for extra months. Notice Required: 2 months (3 months for properties in Italy or Germany).
Penalty: If the notice is not provided before the deadline, you will be required to pay the rent for the remaining months until the contract expiration.
