Please note that check-in during public holidays is not possible. ● If the 31st or 1st falls on a weekend, check-in is available 12:00–14:00 at no extra charge. Later arrivals require prior request. The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed. The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
