Overview
The apartment has been renovated in 2018 and offers plenty of space for the 3 people sharing the flat. The apartment has 3 separate large rooms: 19 sqm, 24.6 sqm & 25.9 sqm each. Since all the 3 rooms have privacy, it would be ideal for sharing. A fitted kitchen will be provisioned along with a washing machine. The flooring is of high-quality wood. A cellar compartment can be allocated on request.
The room is unfurnished. The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator & stove top with all the cabinets. The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine.
What's cool about the apartment?
The Bahnhofsstraße is characterised by its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. Bus and tram run directly in front of the door. The Forum Köpenick is 400 m away. From there you can take the S-Bahn (S-Bahn station Köpenick) with the connection to the S3 to the city centre. The Bellevue Park is just around the corner. Perfect way to spend your time in Berlin summers.
