If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Deposit must be paid one week after your booking has been confirmed, and in any case before the move in.** - You can pick up your keys Monday to Friday between 10 am and 3 pm. Move-in starts at 3 pm. Unfortunately, we can’t do check-ins on weekends or bank holidays — if your contract starts then, you can move in the next working day.
