Meine Katze und ich teilen uns eine Wohnung in Friedrichshain mit einer anderen Person. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung ist schön, hat einen Balkon und ein Badezimmer. Die Küche ist teilintegriert und verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine und moderne Haushaltsgeräte.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zu Spaziergängen in der Natur ein. Der See ist weniger als zent Gehminuten entfernt, ein Privatstrand fünzent Minuten und ein öffentlicher Strand zwansig Minuten – ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir genießen die perfekte Balance zwischen Natur und Stadtleben in einer unglaublich ruhigen Gegend inmitten des Berliner Trubels.
Haustiere sind willkommen, jedoch unter bestimmten Bedingungen. Paare sind nicht erlaubt. Die Mitbenutzung des Kellers ist an Bedingungen geknüpft.
