Important:
If your contract does not start on the 1st of the month, you need to pay the remaining days of your first month (from your move-in date until the end of the month) within 3 days after moving in.
The first 30-days payment will be credited to your next month’s rent, so you will not pay more than the total rent stated in your contract.
Example:
If your contract starts on October 11, you will pay for 21 days of October + the full month of November (part of which is already covered by Spotahome’s 30-day down payment).
