Room to rent in nice 3 bedroom shared apartment

This bright 3-bedroom apartment has rooms available on Treseburger Ufer. The property has a spacious balcony with a charming view of the neighborhood where you can have a drink with your flatmates on sunny afternoons. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook and the bedrooms are all furnished with comfy single beds.

The apartment is located in the vibrant and multicultural area of Neukölln and it is about 45 minutes from central Berlin thanks to the nearby public transport. Living here you will be close to some great parks where you can relax on weekends and lots of trendy shops elling cools stuff from all around the world. There are super markets right down the road and the streets in your friendly residential area have lots of beautiful green natural foliage.

What we liked the most

  • The rooms get plenty of natural light.
  • There is a big balcony where you can enjoy sunny days.
  • There are supermarkets and public transport options close by.
  • The kitchen is spacious, making it excellent for shared living.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
